This project is located on the Buckley Air Force Base.   It features a 16,900 square foot facility. The Leadership Development (LDC) building 1032, is a multipurpose facility accessible to all branches of the military for various events. The conference room which can be divided, seats up to 500 people in a theatre seating arrangement, 300 in a classroom environment and up to 328 guests using the banquet table set up.  There is also a VTC room that can seat up to 26.  Both rooms have audiovisual capabilities.
